brassington31[1]My name is Jessica Brassington and I have been on a journey towards a cleaner and healthier lifestyle for my family for 2 years now. As a wife and mom to three beautiful girls, my mission is to lead by example for my family and continually stay in pursuit of attaining the healthiest life possible.

We began our journey by cutting out a few of the worst things I knew about at the time for human consumption and have gradually improved our eating habits, one bite at a time!

It IS possible and IT CAN be done! I began this blog in response to inquiries about my ”green drink” and chia seeds? I started taking pictures of meals and products I use and texting them to those requesting it. After many photos and emails/texts later, I realized one central page was a great starting point for those wanting to know more.

I pray you find useful information here and use it to kick start your way to a healthy and fulfilled life.  Taking this first step will overflow into your physical, mental, relational, emotional, and spiritual lives.
